In this video I examine a new trend on why most baby boomers are not downsizing and keeping their large homes.  In fact baby boomers refuse to sell their home. I cover an article that looks at the new trend of baby boomers being the largest home owners in the market. Their refusing to sell has contributed to the increase housing price making homes to high for the Millennial population. That and many of the children of the baby boomers are moving back in due to student loans and the lack of gainful employment.
